§ 05Services & Tiers — term sheet

Three tiers. Capacity-only differentiation. No feature taxes.

Every tier ships every product feature — SSO, SCIM, the eval harness, MCP registry, audit ledger, all five PMO adapters, full data export. Tiers differ on Sprint allocation, retention, isolation, and delivery targets — never on whether you can do something. No SSO tax. No SCIM tax. No audit-ledger tax.

SEUSenior Engineering Unit

SEU is our standard measure of senior engineering effort. One VISystems Sprint equals 100 SEU — two weeks of capacity from senior engineers who engineer the harness that keeps production agentic systems reliable. Every capability in the Catalog is scoped in SEU so you know the effort profile before work begins.

SEU is not hours. It accounts for the seniority of the engineer, the complexity of the substrate (Claude API, MCP, eval infrastructure), and the operational overhead of production-grade delivery — code review, eval gating, audit-ledger instrumentation, and PMO reconciliation. A 40‑SEU capability is a materially different engagement than a 80‑SEU one, not just twice the clock time.

Commercial termsSpecific capacity allocations, Sprint volumes, and commercial terms are sized during discovery based on your workload profile. Multi-year and founding-customer terms available.

* Eval Cloud platform features — currently in private beta. Bundled with every subscription at GA. Platform capacity details finalized at GA.

Top-Up Sprint Packs

Need more capacity mid-cycle? Top-Up packs add Sprints without renegotiating your MSA. One-page Authorized Sponsor signature. Pack sizes and SEU allocations are discussed during discovery.

Top-Up terms follow your current subscription tier. Specific pack sizes are confirmed during discovery.

Roll-over rules

Unused Sprints roll over once (current period → next period). Rolled-over Sprints expire at end of next period. No cash-out.

Multi-year terms

Multi-year commitments receive preferential terms. Specific discounts and escalation structures are discussed during discovery and documented in your Subscription Order Form.

Founding-customer terms

Preferential terms available on all tiers signed before Eval Cloud v1 GA. Includes free historical-telemetry migration at GA cutover. Details discussed during discovery.
